Egan House Ribbon Cutting

San Juan Capistrano historic-site plaque on the Egan House brick wall

Ellie herself joined us in a Ribbon Cutting Celebration on Wednesday, November 16th, to mark the first day of operation at the newest Ellie's Table location - Egan House. We are thrilled to occupy such an iconic building in San Juan Capistrano in her honor, and are even more thrilled to announce that Ellie's Table Egan House is now open!

We are also thrilled to announce our new Executive Chef, Lewis Chan! He loves working with unique flavors and will be adding exciting new items to our menu.

Oliver at the Egan House ribbon-cutting celebration

A young man named Oliver comes in to Ellie's Table North Beach every Saturday and always asks the manager, Katy, "Where's Ellie today?" He has become Ellie's biggest fan and we were honored to have him involved in the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony. He got to meet Ellie for the first time and even hand wrote a card for her! Ellie was so excited to meet him she presented him with an Ellie's Table gift basket, including a T-Shirt, Hat, and Tumbler with Ellie's Table logos as well as his own personal gift card so he can buy all of the Chocolate Cronuts he wants!
