Ellie's Original Carrot Cake

Our family’s Palm Sandwiches and carrot cake have long been part of the Jay’s Catering story. People flocked for this delicious confection and it is now a sought after item come the fall season. We are excited to share the flavors of this delectable dessert with our Ellie’s Table patrons to continue Ellie’s legacy as a culinary creative who truly embodies everything our slogan, “Happiness is Homemade,” represents. Starting today, we will be serving Ellie’s Original Carrot Cake with pineapple cream cheese frosting at our cafe, so stop by and grab a slice or two!
