The Great Bake: Holidays at Jay’s Headquarters

It’s just days away from Christmas and we’re busy as ever here at Jay’s headquarters. It’s our favorite time of the year, when our ovens are continuously baking holiday goods, letting off the sweet scents of the season. And we know so many of you love it just as much. We have orders on orders of delightful meals and treats for all of your holiday celebrations over the next few days.

At Jay’s and Ellie’s, we have an amazing staff that is willing to go beyond the expected, day after day. Our bakery team has been working countless hours prepping for holiday orders, making every item tasty and beautiful for our customers to enjoy. Every baked good is treated with care and prepared to an exceptional quality.

These batches will be served at festive gatherings, dinner parties, and at our café, Ellie’s Table, down in San Clemente. From Macarons and Fresh Fruit Tarts to whimsical Holiday Sugar Cookies, our kitchen is bursting with flavorful ingredients that are sure to boost your holiday spirit and appease that sweet tooth.

When you go pick up your favorite cookie at Ellie’s, you may not realize all that goes into that one little sweet. Every Macaron is individually filled to perfection and each cookie is decorated by hand with great attention to detail. We are ever so thankful for our dedicated staff that works long hours; bustling to make sure every order is equal parts timely and delicious.
